THE CHALLENGE

ACV Auctions had been attending the NADA (National Automobile Dealer Association) Show as an exhibitor for many years. In 2019, they looked to increase their presence by hosting a private party for their current & potential customers. ACV wanted to treat their most important customers to an evening they wouldn’t forget, while getting the chance to connect over cocktails and great food.

The NADA Show takes place in some of the largest cities and destinations in the United States. Fuseideas knew we would need to tailor our event to each market to ensure we provided guests with an experience that would stand out over all the other options they have available each night. NADA attendees are car dealers who have been attending these shows for years, so we knew we needed to provide a unique experience.

The solution

In 2019, Fuseideas helped ACV take over the Yerba Buena Outdoor Garden, just outside the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Fuseideas transformed the space into an outdoor “Classy Garage Party”. Corrugated metal walls, modern furniture, a bar and a cigar rolling station mixed classy with down-to-earth. Upon leaving the NADA show for the day, guests walked right into the ACV Pit Stop. Once their badges were scanned and their information collected, they were treated to an evening of drinks, cigars and great networking with ACV and their colleagues.

In 2020, the NADA show returned to Las Vegas. Fuseideas strategized an event that was both on-brand and “off the strip” for a truly unique Las Vegas experience. ACV treated their current and potential customers to a night of test-driving exotic cars at SPEEDVEGAS. ACV provided shuttle transportation from Las Vegas to the venue, where NADA attendees got behind the wheel of Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Audis, Porsches and Acuras for a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. After their drive, guests were invited inside for drinks, food, live music and a chance to connect with the ACV team. Fuseideas has helped ACV establish the ‘Pit Stop’ as an annual event at the NADA Show. Now guests always look for the Pit Stop as a can’t-miss part of their time at NADA.
