  • Art Director (Winchester, MA)

    The Position

    From print to TV to digital to social, the Art Director will team up with Copywriters and many others to understand how to bring a brand to life through conceptualizing and crafting compelling visuals. You should be able to effortlessly navigate and wield all necessary design programs, be ready, willing and able to work the work until it's great.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize creative and unique ideas
    • Responsible for understanding creative design and layout
    • Possess strong skills with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
    • The confidence to communicate your ideas and sell them to peers and clients
    • The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit client expectations
    • The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high pressured environments without compromising on work quality
    • An awareness of digital media and evolving online platforms
    • An innovative approach to the ways in which advertising is executed
    • A track record of inventive and compelling design work
    • An in-depth understanding of typography, color, and composition

    Minimum qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Associate Producer (Portland, ME)

    The Position

    Fuseideas is looking to hire a part-time(to potential full time) Associate Producer to join a growing team of creative thinkers to establish project deliverables for video and broadcast production. The ideal candidate should understand the full production process from pre-production through post as this person will oversee projects from concepting through delivery. This Associate Producer will have a significant role in growing our in-house video production capabilities by working closely with internal teams and external vendors to produce content for broadcast, web, social, events, and many other mediums. This position requires innovative thinking and the ability to own and communicate production decisions/direction from creative team members.

    • Management of all details for Video and TV projects from pre-production through post-production
    • Creation of schedules and budgets for all internal TV and Broadcast projects
    • Managing multiple jobs for various clients simultaneously
    • Budget tracking throughout projects and reconciliation
    • Management of workflow for the those involved in creating content
    • Communicating key details clearly to the right stakeholders
    • Creation of PO's and submission of invoices
    • Vendor relationship management
    • Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
    • Reserve and rent necessary equipment
    • Select and hire additional crew and talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met

    Minimum qualifications to be successful in this role:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2-4 years of experience in video or film production. Agency experience is a plus.
    • Ability to think, act and work independently with high attention to detail
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task while taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Have the ability to switch gears to suffice a changing project load

  • Account Manager (Winchester, MA)

    The Position

    Fuseideas is looking for an Account Manager to manage some of our high profile, diverse client accounts. The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter who would be responsible for leading direction across varying channels, including web/interactive, traditional media, print, branding, broadcast, and content/social media. The candidate we are looking for is able to efficiently and effectively manage the execution of client work and is responsible for ensuring that all creative work follows our established agency process as well as keeping client satisfaction top of mind.

    In this role, you will work alongside an Account Director to manage your client's book of business, managing their goals and expectations, while helping guide the overall inclusive marketing strategy for your accounts. You will work with the agency teams to ensure all initiatives are delivered on schedule and on budget at a high level of quality.

    In this role you will:

    • Participates in and produces weekly status reports and meeting follow up reports
    • Work on projects across many disciplines such as creative, digital, production, traditional and interactive media, and experiential
    • Follows up on status of projects internally production, budgets, schedules, and advises team of any delays or variances
    • Making sure all work is completed in compliance with client contracts and ensuring all projects are accurately billed
    • Responsible for ensuring project materials are received and obtaining client signoff on projects
    • Assisting with the development of client presentations
    • Remains current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting the client's business such as vertical research

    Minimum qualifications:

    • 2+ years of account management experience
    • Experience working in client-facing environment
    • Experience estimating, tracking, and managing multi-phase project budgets
    • Exceptional time management, proofreading and organizational skills
    • Able to resolve and/or escalates project issues in a timely fashion
    • Able to think strategically, offering solutions that solve multiple levels of client needs
    • Travel as needed (less than 10%)

  • Media Coordinator (Winchester, MA)

    Position: Fuseideas is looking for a Media Coordinator to join our team and work on a variety of clients in a busy, integrated media department. In this role you will provide support for media planning/buying and digital media department with the following responsibilities:

    • Data entry of media vendor invoices
    • Data entry of media schedules Digital, OOH and Print
    • Identify invoice discrepancies, and work with media vendors and in-house team to resolve invoice discrepancies across all media types
    • Place orders with the vendors
    • Confirm and file confirmed insertion orders
    • Compile reports and information to trigger client billing
    • Work with the media team and vendors to compile a list of assets, deadlines, contacts to support the launch of the media campaign
    • Traffic digital materials for all assigned clients
    • Assist in setting up social media campaigns
    • Research projects as needed, including vendor, client and category research

    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 2 years' work experience
    • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills
