  • Sr Performance Marketing Manager (All Locations)
    Fuseideas is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to work on a variety of clients in a busy, integrated digital media department. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager would primarily be responsible for providing innovative digital recommendations to clients, collaborating on plan development, as well as managing the execution of managed service and hands-on digital campaigns.


    Core responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Associate Media Directors, Digital Specialists and Account Management teams to define client goals, digital KPIs, media consumption trends and communicate best practices
    • Determine the role and strategic usage of digital channels including publisher direct display, managed service programmatic, self-service programmatic/DSP, cross-channel video, OTT/CTV, streaming audio, and emerging digital platforms during different stages of the customer journey
    • Developing strategic digital media plans & recommendations including budget and audience projections
    • Work with integrated media team to align digital plans and buys with cross-channel media plan
    • Spearhead monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to show digital campaign performance
    • Be a key contributing creator to the development and implementation of testing plans/methodologies, data-driven processes, martech tools, and reporting dashboards

    • Assist digital specialists with hands-on search and social campaign management when applicable

    Description

    What you’ll do
    • You’ll ensure the clients (and sometimes the agency itself) stick to brand guidelines and media specs. You’ll also lead design concepts for new projects of various sizes and determine when to hand-off to production.
    • You love typography and pushing the limits of design
    • Print, Website, On-site, OOH, etc. You need to be comfortable across all media. You’ll work on print and digital ad campaigns, social media posts, ID systems, illustration, swag, even event graphics
    • Know your way around the tools, and maintain organization across all creative assets. You’ll work with creative and production on the big Adobe programs and Keynote. Let us know what other programs you’re fluent in. You’ll probably need those, too.
    • You’ll be an active participant in the entire lifespan of a project, starting with strategy and going past launch into measurement. Don’t worry. We won’t make you crunch any numbers.
