The Challenge Santa Fe has long been a summer destination for art collectors, culture seekers and food enthusiasts. But, fall and winter were lagging far behind in visitation numbers. During the RFP process, business owners and press outlets clamored for a local agency. But Fuseideas proved that an agency from Boston was up to the task. The Solution As agency of record, we engaged local retailers, hoteliers, restaurateurs and entertainers for their input before crafting a strategy built in the multi-dimensional, authentic experiences that a Santa Fe visitor would encounter. Capitalizing on an existing moniker—The City Different—our job was to tell the story in a new way.
