Creative Services Director

Creative Services Manager

As a Creative Services Director, you’ll be responsible for managing Fuseidea’s creative production schedule from inception to completion to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects and materials. You’ll work with Creative management to balance workloads, advocate for appropriate timelines on creative projects, and evaluate and assign projects.  You will be responsible for making sure the hours spent and effort level matches the contract budget. If you excel at working and managing priorities independently, we need you!

 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Manage intake of incoming job requests and consult with Creative Management and Client Services to prioritize projects and determine deadlines; influence and negotiate deadlines based on priorities and available resources.
  • Manage workflow/schedule of all incoming and existing projects while keeping all parties informed of status, conflicts, and delays; communicate project priorities and due dates to the creative team and client services to ensure alignment of work efforts and priorities.
  • Enforce adherence to creative workflow processes and deadlines to ensure standardized approach and delivery. Ensure team productivity.
  • Develop and maintain traffic management guidelines and process documentation with the goal of continuous improvement to the traffic system and account management process.
  • Produce and distribute accurate and meaningful traffic and metric reports by maintaining workload data and traffic activities.
  • Maintain strong working relationships internally and with other departments to ensure open lines of communications regarding priorities, requirements, and status.
  • Define scope, ensure expected timelines and milestones are clearly indicated in digital work-tickets, lead communication, and escalate issues to stakeholders.
  • Monitor team effort, bandwidth, and work with team leads to load-level for high priority projects.
 REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 years of traffic or project management experience with design studio, creative department or agency environment 
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools – JIRA, Confluence, Workamajig or similar a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel; Adobe Creative Cloud, a plus; Proficiency with both Mac & PC platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
  • Proven teamwork skills and flexibility and a healthy disrespect for the impossible
  • Skill in process creation, evaluation, adjustment
  • Able to see other people's point of view and receive criticism

Fuseideas is seeking a Director of Talent & Culture to report to the COO/CFO, this leader will create one of the best places to work in New England and will be responsible for driving all of the people and talent functions of our organization, and align them with our core values and agency processes. As a full-service agency with a nationwide client base, Fuseideas continues to grow and thrive. With over 40 employees in three locations we anticipate continued double digit growth

The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical expertise in all matters related to talent acquisition, development, management, and performance as well as striving to build the very best culture.

Essential Function/Credentials

Talent Management
  • Assist the COO/CFO to design and implement a world-class culture that promotes exceptional talent, results, and brings out the very best in each employee
  • Oversee ongoing annual performance management review processes, including system design, development, training, individual development plans, result tracking, and succession planning
  • Help to manage the staff through challenging issues as they arrive on an on-going basis
  • Responsible for employee growth spanning reviews and training plans
Talent Acquisition and Recruiting
  • Provide talent management support and guidance to executives and managers.
  • Develop, execute and manage recruiting strategies to meet company’s growth needs
  • Demonstrated ability and experience to regularly measure and analyze productivity and effectiveness with the staff. A history of data /metrics driven decision-making where accountability is linked to performance and compensation.
  • Provide out of the box thinking on how to attract and find staff in a competitive market place
Human Resources
  • Maintain and manage the HR portal that tracks employee records from new hire documentation, vacation time, performance evaluations, payroll, and job status.
  • Review, monitor, maintain and recommend changes to the all employee benefits
  • Guide management and employee actions by developing, writing, and updating company policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines
  • Develop policies and procedures consistent with company’s values and objectives that comply with all regulations, trends, and best practices
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with a bias for action and achieving milestones
  • Communicate and enforce organizational and company cultural values in compliance with all legal and organizational requirements, standards and procedures
  • Manage the design, selection, and administration of all employee benefit programs to optimize needs and costs of the organization
  • HR leadership: primary point of contact for HR issues, compliance and employee HR communications
Culture
  • Recommend and implement employee rewards and recognition programs
  • Coordinate regular Corporate events and culture activities
  • Develop and manage employee training, performance and development programs
  • Manage the design, administration and effectiveness of ongoing rewards and recognition programs
  • Manage the Company’s philanthropic and cause marketing efforts
  • Be forward thinking in adding benefits to create a happy workforce
     
  • Experience/Knowledge/Skill/AbilityFuseideas is a full-service advertising agency, which prides itself on providing high-level account management, strategy, creative and media.
    • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of progressive recruiting, culture and human resources experience, preferably in an agency environment
    • Demonstrated proficiency in core disciplines such as: employee relations, talent management, compensation and total rewards, performance management, staffing, etc.
    • 3+ years in a management capacity
    • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
    • Great communicator, listener and collaborator
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to build and grow organization at the strategic and executive level
    • Prior experience with payroll portals, POE’s and other HR management systems
    • Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management systems such as Workamajig
    • Track record for having built extraordinary cultures and teams

Online Marketing and Content Manager

Online Marketing and Content Manager
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our business development team. In this role, you’ll be working directly with our CEO, business development and management team to help company achieve our growth goals. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop marketing and thought leadership content to position Fuseideas technology, solutions and executives to our target audience. If you enjoy developing unique, desirable and inspiring content, bringing new solutions to clients, leveraging new marketing strategies, driving meaningful revenue (not marketing tactics), have a passion for creativity and can work well in a dynamic environment, Fuseideas is a great place for you. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION/CREDENTIALS:
  • Develop content to position the company, solutions and team to executive and influencer audiences within our target markets
  • Oversee the design, execution & measurement of thought leadership, sales materials and marketing content that is unique and relevant to our industry
  • Manage the development of content to support the client perspective including blog posts, ebooks, infographics, slideshares, videos, presentations, white papers, and more across various channels 
  • Manage CRM and prospect data, and execute and measure campaigns with our marketing automation platform
  • Create and manage email campaigns, measure and report effectiveness
  • You will manage and direct a robust editorial calendar, grow blog readership, and manage content promotion across all channels
  • Manage and coordinate events, including webinars, speaking opportunities and panels  
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY:
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation Systems such as Hub Spot, Marketo, Hatchbuck, or Ontraport
  • Hands-on team player with a good work ethic
  • Experience with analytics, CRM systems an understanding of digital marketing, including SEO & SEM
  • History of driving successful inbound and outbound campaigns 
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, experience in digital marketing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred 
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience developing content for multiple formats, including web, slideshares, social media, videos, and more
