Digital Project Manager

The Position

Fuseideas is looking for a Digital Project Manager who will work closely with clients to understand their goals and support their overall vision. You will oversee and direct multiple projects at a time, ensuring they meet or exceed agency and customer expectations. As the Digital Project Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring the projects are delivered on-time and on-budget while ensuring the overall quality of the projects.

You will be responsible for developing, overseeing and maintaining team timelines, budgets, integrations, resource allocations, and day-to-day communication with the clients and internal teams. You may also need to manage vendor or sub-contractor relationships, including negotiations, timelines, budgets and invoices.

For larger digital projects, you will work directly with an Account Manager to ensure the internal teams are aligned with the client expectations. You will be expected to manage the projects with minimal supervision, exercising independent decision making on matters of significance on behalf of client.

Location

Candidates living in the Greater Boston area are preferred as this position will primarily reside in our Winchester, MA office. However, consideration for other locations will be considered on a case by case basis.

Minimum qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 3+ years of Project Management work in an interactive agency with experience working with and managing creative and production teams.

  • Thorough understanding of creative development and production process for both traditional and interactive media-based programs.

  • Experience estimating, tracking, and managing multi-phase project budgets.

  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, proofreading and organizational

    skills.

  • Assisting with the development of client presentations.

  • Must be proficient in overall Microsoft package, including Word, Excel, Project and

    Outlook.

  • Familiarity with Workamajig is a plus.

  • Superior communication skills – verbal, written, presentation, phone and email.

  • Able to think strategically, offering solutions that solve multiple levels of client needs.

  • Must be outgoing and able to speak directly to clients.

  • Strong attention to detail and able to manage projects in an organized manner.

  • Build a strong sense of shared ownership of the client with the team; enable the team to

    deliver integrated solutions.

  • Work effectively and negotiate changes to maintaining high quality and strong results.

  • Communicate effectively and regularly with the client and with agency teams, keeping

    them both informed about projects, client needs, estimates, changes, new

    opportunities, problems and results.

  • Travel as needed.

Director of Digital Services

The Position

Fuseideas is hiring for a Director of Digital Services who will build a department that delivers a leading online engagement experience and best-in-class marketing through the deployment of the digital marketing sciences. The individual will be responsible for creating a strong digital platform to utilize for our clients. This person will have the opportunity to work across all brands focused on ensuring the best digital consumer strategy is developed and executed against each brand based on their needs.

Location

Candidates living in the Greater Boston area are preferred as this position will primarily reside in our Winchester, MA office. However, other locations will be considered on a case by case basis.

 

Minimum qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in digital marketing
  • Ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of internet Marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth; Strong understanding of diverse channels that drive traffic and conversion
  • Experience managing both web developers and digital marketing teams
  • Ability to bridge and communicate both business and technical requirements to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in all marketing sciences related to digital including: SEO, search marketing/AdWords, internet advertising (and associated techniques like PPC, IP targeting, retargeting, display and native advertising, etc.) content marketing, social media (cross-platform) marketing and engagement, email marketing, Google analytics, and marketing automation etc.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, CMS systems and Hubspot preferred

 

Essential functions/credentials:

  • Establish SEO, search marketing and web optimization standards
  • Establish standards and practices for social media, while overseeing a team of social media community managers and directly driving social engagement and marketing for clients
  • Establishing and steward a best-practice model for digital content (marketing) optimization that keeps marketers current on the highest performing techniques to drive engagement
  • Identifying and overseeing implementation of tools and infrastructure that improve our digital performance
  • Optimize the performance of digital platforms and inform digital marketing strategy through analytics and A/B testing; own digital analytics strategy and reporting to gauge the success of digital performance, inform course corrections and identify growth/optimization opportunities.
  • Quick learning curve to create innovative, customer-centric business solutions by applying deep understanding of the latest trends in digital communication channels and integrated marketing trends to a strategic framework.
  • Flawless management of projects; from setting strategy / creative / brief through execution.

We are seeking a Director of Talen & Culture to report directly to the COO/CFO, this leader will create one of the best places to work in New England. Driving all the people functions of our organization you will lead efforts including recruiting and retaining the very best talent, human resource functions and employee relation needs, and building a dynamic culture. Essential Function/Credentials

Talent Management
  • Assist the COO/CFO to design and implement a world-class culture that promotes exceptional talent, results, and brings out the very best in each employee

  • 3+ years in a management capacity
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Great communicator, listener and collaborator

  • Prior experience with payroll portals, POE’s and other HR management systems

The Position

Fuseideas is hiring for a Full-time finance coordinator position. We’d like someone who is organized, experienced, detail oriented and most importantly, a self-starter. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to AR, AP, Travel Billing, Media Reconciliation as well as office management and administrative support duties.

  • BS in Accounting or Finance

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance or related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

    analytical skills

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task while taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion

Full Stack Kentico Developer

The Position

Fuseideas is looking for a qualified and skilled Kentico Content Management Developer to help satisfy increasing demand for our web development services. This position would entail working on some of Fuseideas’ most dynamic accounts and the candidates would be core members of our engineering team.

  • Full-time employment or self-employed contract is available.

  • Flexible hours and the potential for 100% telecommuting.
     

Location

Candidates living in Prague, Boston, MA or Portland, ME will be considered and are highly preferred as there are offices located in each. However, other locations will be considered on a case by case basis.
 

Minimum qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum 3+ year experience developing web sites in the Kentico platform

  • Strong C# development skills

  • Experience with HTML 5, JavaScript and CSS

  • Windows Server and SQL Server experience a plus
