Creative Services Director

Creative Services Manager

As a Creative Services Director, you’ll be responsible for managing Fuseidea’s creative production schedule from inception to completion to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects and materials. You’ll work with Creative management to balance workloads, advocate for appropriate timelines on creative projects, and evaluate and assign projects.  You will be responsible for making sure the hours spent and effort level matches the contract budget. If you excel at working and managing priorities independently, we need you!

 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Manage intake of incoming job requests and consult with Creative Management and Client Services to prioritize projects and determine deadlines; influence and negotiate deadlines based on priorities and available resources.
  • Manage workflow/schedule of all incoming and existing projects while keeping all parties informed of status, conflicts, and delays; communicate project priorities and due dates to the creative team and client services to ensure alignment of work efforts and priorities.
  • Enforce adherence to creative workflow processes and deadlines to ensure standardized approach and delivery. Ensure team productivity.
  • Develop and maintain traffic management guidelines and process documentation with the goal of continuous improvement to the traffic system and account management process.
  • Produce and distribute accurate and meaningful traffic and metric reports by maintaining workload data and traffic activities.
  • Maintain strong working relationships internally and with other departments to ensure open lines of communications regarding priorities, requirements, and status.
  • Define scope, ensure expected timelines and milestones are clearly indicated in digital work-tickets, lead communication, and escalate issues to stakeholders.
  • Monitor team effort, bandwidth, and work with team leads to load-level for high priority projects.
 REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications or related field
  • 3-5 years of traffic or project management experience with design studio, creative department or agency environment 
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools – JIRA, Confluence, Workamajig or similar a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel; Adobe Creative Cloud, a plus; Proficiency with both Mac & PC platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
  • Proven teamwork skills and flexibility and a healthy disrespect for the impossible
  • Skill in process creation, evaluation, adjustment
  • Able to see other people's point of view and receive criticism

Online Marketing and Content Manager

Online Marketing and Content Manager
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our business development team. In this role, you’ll be working directly with our CEO, business development and management team to help company achieve our growth goals. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop marketing and thought leadership content to position Fuseideas technology, solutions and executives to our target audience. If you enjoy developing unique, desirable and inspiring content, bringing new solutions to clients, leveraging new marketing strategies, driving meaningful revenue (not marketing tactics), have a passion for creativity and can work well in a dynamic environment, Fuseideas is a great place for you. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION/CREDENTIALS:
  • Develop content to position the company, solutions and team to executive and influencer audiences within our target markets
  • Oversee the design, execution & measurement of thought leadership, sales materials and marketing content that is unique and relevant to our industry
  • Manage the development of content to support the client perspective including blog posts, ebooks, infographics, slideshares, videos, presentations, white papers, and more across various channels 
  • Manage CRM and prospect data, and execute and measure campaigns with our marketing automation platform
  • Create and manage email campaigns, measure and report effectiveness
  • You will manage and direct a robust editorial calendar, grow blog readership, and manage content promotion across all channels
  • Manage and coordinate events, including webinars, speaking opportunities and panels  
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY:
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation Systems such as Hub Spot, Marketo, Hatchbuck, or Ontraport
  • Hands-on team player with a good work ethic
  • Experience with analytics, CRM systems an understanding of digital marketing, including SEO & SEM
  • History of driving successful inbound and outbound campaigns 
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, experience in digital marketing preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred 
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with experience developing content for multiple formats, including web, slideshares, social media, videos, and more

Studio Manager (Portland, ME)

Studio Manager
Location: Portland, ME


Fuseideas is looking for a dynamic and solutions-driven Studio Manager based out of our Portland, ME office for our creative department. This position is responsible for proofing and editing, providing creative direction and thinking, and ensuring that all materials are designed and executed in a timely manner, while upholding the integrity of our client’s brand and brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a design, digital or creative agency and possess strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. The Studio Manager will lead a diverse team of production artists and designers responsible for developing and delivering materials across marketing channels. They will also be expected to produce work and be responsible for lending a hand and getting work out the door.

The Studio Manager will work closely with project management and creative to define project outputs and own the processes or solutions necessary to complete the task efficiently and flawlessly. They must be a highly organized, an effective communicator and solution orientated.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION/CREDENTIALS:
  • Manage all project planning including goals, deliverables, calendaring, schedules and budgets
  • Be able to produce high quality work and operate with fast turnaround time on multiple projects
  • Track digital assets including digital server organization and folder structure naming protocols as well as physical asset tracking, storage and organization
  • Develops and maintains flawless standards of quality and efficiency of output by evaluating and reconfiguring process or solutions based on the tasks necessary to complete the job
  • Lead the team to produce mechanicals for output based on initial concept
  • Adhere to and consistently apply brand/style guidelines
  • Owns file organization/server structure
  • Oversees the development of studio work, and provides accurate estimates of hours and resources needed to complete a project
  • Review digital and printer proofs for overall printability, including accuracy, clarity, content, registration, and color
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/ABILITY:
 
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 5-7 years of previous experience at a design, digital or creative agency in creative and/or resource management or production
  • Deep understanding of the creative process with a knack for assessing what’s necessary to accomplish various types of projects; fluency in industry language
  • Someone with expert visual skills and experience working in Illustrator, Adobe Suite and InDesign as well as other business programs (Keynote, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Worked with various graphic formats for print, digital, broadcast and video
  • Knowledge of principles of design including: layout, typography, color, balance and composition.
  • Ability to lead and inspire team
  • Collaborative and solution oriented
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to adjust to constant changing priorities
